It had better be planning the next meetup in Minnesota.
I've never been to Minnesota, have no relatives in Minnesaota, and other than Phatmassers, have no friends in Minnesota. I have no resources to plan such a meet-up event. You on the other hand...

Do y'all ever plan to have one down in the south?
Papist was talking about having one in South Carolina.

Also, nobody is stopping someone from saying "Hey guys, my house is open to all phatmassers on ______ day!" If you want one in your town, feel free to host it.

I would me more than happy to!
I should host one.
Except...I don't have a house.
How long do these things typically last and do you ever meet at a place...like a restaurant, or a park, or...something?

I thought he said NC? That's where he's from, unless I am mistaken.

Quite honestly, I wouldn't be able to make the next one, assuming its in the early summer of next year. Unless we want to have it in Austria, then I should be able to make it.

Sometimes one or two people will meet for a day or a few days and do something exactly like that, but if you're looking at doing something like what MIKolbe did before near Pittsburgh, he scheduled that to last for a few (4 I think) days. Pretty much, just plan what you think is reasonable for your situation and I'm sure people will be grateful for the invitation.

You're probably right. I'm not good with important things like facts.

Who said anything about rural Kansas? Dodge City is forty miles away from me, and Wichita, the air capital of the world, is ninety miles away from me.
In which horrible, twisted world is Wichita the air capital, or the capital of anything, for that matter?

Last I checked, Atlanta was the most heavily trafficked in terms of passengers, and Memphis was the biggest cargo airport. Correct?

Yes:

Memphis is the busiest in the US.

It's not the largest by area (That's Denver, for the US), nor for total aircraft movements (still ATL). I'm at a loss.
