GET out of the pigs trough and come home PLEASE!. And by the way i'm not hating on non believers with the pigs trough thing i'm just trying to drive this home to fellow believers, and plus most non believers are the masters at colorful words and put downs so don't bite. I just read ecclesiasticus and found a biblical no no for scandal mongering, for me this includes the news, there are authorities set up to deal with these things. And one thing that ecclisiasticus doesn't tell me that i know to be a no no is not just ripping people down but also building them up, why you may ask? [/quote] If someone "you believe in" comes crashing down, that is no reason to stop believing in them. The best successes come from overcoming failure (rather than avoiding failure altogether). If you are afraid of failure then you will give up before you ever have the chance to succeed. But i'm unsure you get my message about the media, and i think building each other up to much is not good and only ego inflating, whether face to face or behind anothers back to another person. Thou shalt not bear false witness against they neighbour. I guess what i'm seeking with this paticular instance is, is this false witness also buliding people up to hieghts they may never achieve to there face or behind there backs. I'm not so well today and a bit cranky, please forgive me. But still i believe it is hogswash and don't like anyone induldging in phantasms and ghosts, but of course it is ones choice. Surely national geographic and nature shows and history shows and e.w.t.n are much better to watch. And anyway what i mean about hogswash is that it is a temporary clean on the outside but does little to nothing for the inside. Although some have a moral agenda it is often lost in the windy lengthy path of the story and no child really gets it anyway. I truely believe what i'm saying about t.v. and movies in general, i was not going to metion it again but had a change of heart and will continue to mention it at least on the rare occasion. [/quote] False witness is deliberately lying. Building someone up, well, you never know the future, you never know how far someone can go with some confidence, why not to great heights?
