Yep, yep! My community's formation is very involved:

2 years postulancy
2 years novitiate
5 years temporary vows
Final Profession

Most orders only have 1 year of postulancy, so I'm not really sure why my order has 2 but I suspect that it is because their Motherhouse is in Europe.
