4588686
I've really read very little American literature. I can't think of a single full novel of non-fiction, beyond Vonnegut a few days ago, that I have ever read by an American author. So I happened upon East of Eden at a coffee shop today and it's really good. Like for real, for real.

carmenchristi
watch out.... I got censured for saying oh my goodness (don't blasphemy) here ok... so it's automatic I just wish the fil-ter would use "blasphemy" as the noun that it is, instead of the verb it is not.
