Excuse me, I didn't know the PC term for it. My understanding that anything east of say Germany was considered Eastern Europe.

Balkans. You're welcome!

Slovenia is not in the Balkans, either.

This ambiguity is exactly why they must be stopped.

I haven't met any Slovenians, but I used to room with a Serbian. He was afraid of soup.

I know a guy who is afraid of ketchup.

Both would have had problems with my late uncle - he put ketchup in his soup.

I'm interested to hear your thoughts.

You'd like that wouldn't you!?!? Think of the power you would be able to wield if you could hear the thoughts of random strangers! YOU WOULD BE UNSTOPPABLE!!

South Central Europe, (SCE). Formerly part of Yugoslavia, which had some similarities to the Balkans, such as exposure to the Turkish people, and alignment originally with the USSR, then (after founding the non-alignment movement, thank you Tito) was still Socialist for a while. (In the battle between the East and the West, they would have been on the East side originally, socialist and capitalist.) May also have some East European traits in that the people were predominantly Slavic, and thus confused with East Eurpean instead of SCE.

They are not diseases and therefore cannot be an epidemic
[/quote]

Finally some sense! They would be a non-native, invasive population!! Duh!!
