my other thought was to have a silhouette picture of the priest as he processes out of the church after mass (get it??).....and have the cross be visible and maybe like a representation of the different artists as the others in the procession....like taking the place of the lector, EMOHCs, servers, etc......and instead of the exit sign, have the rosary with the mic hanging from it
Another idea:

A simple turntable, with the record having Ash Wednesday's Immaculate Heart design on it.
That would be good. How about having the turntable surrounded by symbols of the sacraments?

1) Vessels and/or grapes and bread for the Blessed Sacrament
2) A shell with water pouring out for Baptism
3) A purple stole for Reconciliation
4) A linked pair of rings for Marriage
5) Chrism oils with the Holy Spirit (in the form of a dove) above them for Confirmation
6) An open sick call crucifix for Anointing of the Sick
7) Either a Roman collar or a pair of anointed hands for Holy Orders

Then an illuminated Crucifix and a symbol of the Trinity somewhere in the background.

Maybe this is a little less simple than you are looking for, but it would look cool!

OH....To add to what I just said, there could be a DJ in a habit (maybe lookin' a lot like Fr. Stan) at the turntables with a halo....

How about something like this wallpaper, only have it show the hands holding a rosary and a mic?

Couldn't get the pic to load for some reason...

I was also thinking of something as simple as a pair of turntables against an old wall with a crucifix hanging on it.
Here's some thoughts I had... maybe it'll help y'all think of some things:

1. an old fresco-looking painting, with classic art elements--except it'll be an image of a man behind some DJ turntables--all in the classic art style.

-or-

2. an image of a person kneeling in front of a tabernacle, or a monstrance with the Eucharist--done in a modern, urban grafitti art style

Both ideas combine the Church with some type of hip-hop element.

Brainstorm on...
I recently took some pics of a dope chapel/tabernacle, at the shrine in Rio Grande Valley, When I get the pics I'll send em to you.
