Depressed And Hurting

I seriously hate being such a complainer, but I need a lot of prayers.

I have been depressed by my medical condition for weeks, and it's only getting worse. My pain has gotten so bad I can't kneel for Communion (a devotion of mine) without help anymore, it hurts to get dressed, it hurts to wash my hair in the shower. I feel like I'm on a roller coaster ride that won't end and that I have no control of. I feel like I've lost my life, and I'm having trouble talking about it with pretty much anyone except for my mom and a couple friends. It's cause I kind of have trust issues, and even now, I'm having a hard time trusting in God.
