Have you ever heard his very early (1953) stand-up comedy routines? It was [i]real [/i]hillbilly kind of stuff.

That is sad. Andy grew up in Mount Airy, North Carolina. I've been there and got a haircut from his REAL barber (Russell Hiatt) that Floydd was modeled after. Russell still cuts hair and is OLD. (but not 148. I'm sure Russell was born sometime in the 1900's)
