An Urgent Prayer Request

I don't post here often but I really need to ask for your prayers for one of my sons.

A brief explanation....he was 2 weeks from fulfilling his dream of entering the police academy when he got a call saying that he could not enter because of 2 barking dog citations from a year ago. Now he has to wait for 3 years before he can reapply. Needless to say, he was crushed.

However...we just found out that his application has been forwarded for further review. There is still a very small chance that he will be able to enter.

So may I ask for your prayers: that he will be able to fulfill his dream OR that he (and we) will be able to humbly accept God's answer of "not yet".
