OnlySunshine
My dad took my car to the maintenance shop last night so they could look at it and see what the problem is. For the past week or so, it doesn't want to run right and acts like it has no power when I accelerate. Well, I got a list of issues that need to be fixed:

Lower intake manifold gasket and valve cover gaskets leaking. (part of the coolant system)
Spark plugs and wires. (probably why I have no accelerating power)
Fuel filt.er. (same as above)
Injector cleaning. (also same as above)
Transmission pan leaking. (the pressure in the coolant system is low)
Needs rear brakes and drums. (UGH!)
Coolant flush.
Replace left front tire. (my dad has been keeping his on this for a while now)
My dad is going by the shop tonight to get an estimate on how much all the work is going to cost. The problem is that I have no income and my grandmother just started helping with finances last week. I feel weird about asking her for help for something like this but I may have to. Fortunately, my dad thinks he can fix about half of what is on the list. The only things I'm worried about, pricewise, are the brakes and the tire. Please pray that this can be fixed for as little as possible. I really need to get my car back in working order because I have an appointment this week (which I'll probably have to cancel) and I've got a psychological evaluation coming up for my aspirancy and application process.
