I will certainly pray for you. Though my parents never divorced divorce runs in my family and my heart goes out for you. I hope you can convince her to go to a retreat or something instead.

That is really terrible, I'm so sorry!! Praying for you!

My two cents on introverts::
As an introvert who has major problems communicating relationship issues, all I can say is that I know when someone is trying to get it out of me what I am upset about, it feels like I'm going to choke if I try to speak about it!! And even though I might sit there silently for a long time, I really and truly appreciate it when someone doesn't give up until I speak!! What I cannot stand is when people get visibly angry with me for having a hard time talking about something. Sometimes I do much better writing it out as a letter, but I am trying to wean myself away from that!! I have no idea how similar I am to your wife, but I hope that somehow helps!

I'll definitely be praying. Dunno if this would be any help, but I heard of this organization the other day, I'll just throw this out http://www.thealexanderhouse.org

They do marriage counseling of some kind, don't really know too much about them.

Thank you all, it's much appreciated.

St. Matt. 6:25
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat [or drink], or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?
26 Look at the birds in the sky; they do not sow or reap, they gather nothing into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are not you more important than they?o
27 Can any of you by worrying add a single moment to your life-span?*
28 Why are you anxious about clothes? Learn from the way the wild flowers grow. They do not work or spin.
29 But I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was clothed like one of them.
30 If God so clothes the grass of the field, which grows today and is thrown into the oven tomorrow, will he not much more provide for you, O you of little faith?
31 So do not worry and say, ‘What are we to eat?’ or ‘What are we to drink?’ or ‘What are we to wear?’
32 All these things the pagans seek. Your heavenly Father knows that you need them all.
33 But seek first the kingdom (of God) and his righteousness,* and all these things will be given you besides.
34 Do not worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself. Sufficient for a day is its own evil.

I'll keep you all informed, I'm making sure I don't pressure her, praying, and reading the verses above.

God Bless!
