Dad's Shoulder

Hi, Ya my dad is in an over Fifty league and to make a long story short the day before father day he did a tremendous head first slide going from 1st to 3rd. If you ask him he's almost as upset they got the call wrong and rung em out but I think he prolly tore his rotator cuff in multiple places, he does have a bad contusion on his hand and a sprained elbow. His Shoulder needs to be looked at by an orthopedic and get an MRI before we can know more about it but things look real bad. He has terrible range of motion with it and his job dmands a lot of it. He loooooooooves baseball and he just about cried fathers day we got him nothing but more baseball equitment that might not be able to be used til next seson some people this is there career. but what;s worse is he thinks he'll play in like a month and he'll jus make it worse. He thinks he Superman still but he's over 50!!! Pray he doesn't do anything stupid aand that he can do his job somehow which doesn't look plausible and for the stuff to heal correctly and well and without surgery.
