BG45
Hi Pham, A few of you have been praying for my cousin S. in her pregnancy, but I've kept it mainly quiet. It's been a difficult one already (she's due in September). Early on, she developed gestational diabetes and has to call her high risk doctor multiple times a day with her blood sugar for instructions. Each week, she's been having to do a non-stress test also; I don't claim to understand the specifics of that test, but the baby's heart rate should go up during it or the fifteen or so minutes immediately following. That brings us to why I'm asking for your all's help in the prayer department. Her baby's heart rate didn't change on the last one and she had to have an immediate ultrasound. They found 8 out of 8 things they were looking for on the ultrasound, but the wait terrified her, as did having to have one. While they're not taking any more action right now than what they've had her doing, we're all worried for she and little Emma. My aunt, her mother, is a nurse, and says that the results she had are almost always a bad sign. So prayers would most definitely be appreciated.
