Was being deliberately outrageous. Thanks for playing...
I took it as being purposely provoking, but you have a good point. If ssa is always portrayed as being equivalent to being a monster and molester, wouldn't that attitude help persuade a person struggling view themselves as such and act accordingly? I would prefer everyone to be nice, hetero, and healthy. But if not, mean people can apologize, ssa persons behave as more than sex fiends, and sick people not wallowing in their misery. The more I think about it, the less problem I have with the ad. It's opinion if the ad is more tolerant than it is promoting.

Socrates did hit the nail on the head.
What did the nail ever do to him? Be gay or something?

You seriously have never heard of celebrating flesh? You really don't know what that means?

It means to embrace the lusts of the flesh.

Galatians 5:16-24

I don't think our society and culture in general would be in such a dismal state, if strongly believing Christians/Catholics would be more strongly pro-active in advancing and promoting our values, rather than remaining largely silent and timid, while the other side actively pushes and promotes its contrary agenda - and only making defensive noises of outrage over whatever the latest travesty happens to be.
IMHO, we are hurt by politicians who use moral issues as campaign platform planks while ignoring the moral principles in their own lives. (For example, a thrice married man is not a good spokesperson for the sanctity of marriage. When the "defensive noise of outrage" comes from politicians who only wish to court the conservative vote, it makes conservative people look like hypocrites.)

I think you fail to understand that your numbers have simply dwindled over the years. I'm not telling you what to believe in, but blaming other people for your small numbers in a majority rules society will not help. Additionally the gay marriage fight is far from over and in many states (such as mine) both parties are against it. Politicians will pass laws that they feel are reflective of their populations, and that's that.
I don't fail to understand the numbers. My comment wasn't about numbers. Politicians pass laws that are reflective of their largest donors, not their constituents.
