So maybe we should some other demarcative characteristic like hair-length but that's also problematic since some women have shorter hair. How to post on Recommendations if you have been banned::

1. Go to the wall of a friend who has NOT been timelined yet who has already posted a recommendation

2. Look at the options adjacent to the "Like" option; one should say "Write Recommendation"!!
