For My Parish And For Me

I don't want to get into too many details but my transition out of my current position within the parish is being a lot harder than I had initially anticipated. there are some issues at hand and they are starting to wear on both myself and the other parish leadership. I do not want to burn bridges with this parish but I feel like they are already smoldering and I don't know what I can take care of to make it easier.
