Lilllabettt
Coulson was my favorite, that's all. Why do all my favorite people end up impaled on something? Oh well, that's life.
Totus Tuus
Saw it, was pleasantly surprised. Not interested in going to see it again, but it was certainly entertaining while I was there. Not a big comic book person myself but my husband and best friend are BOTH really into that stuff so I end up seeing all the movies in that genre. Totus Tuus
Gotta say, I thought Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk was an inspired choice, at first I though, 'Nah, it'll never work' but he was great.
This I definitely agree with. I don't really know anything about the actor, but he was definitely my favorite character because they cast the perfect man for the part. CatholicCid
I think Coulson is alive. You never see the paramedics actually declare him dead. Coulson himself said the Avengers needed a push. Fury already lies about the cards. Hill asks Fury if it's already to lie (assuming about the cards, but perhaps something greater). And, at the end of the movie, an agent that resembles Coulson passes Hill and walks toward Fury.

Stark talked about decoys a little earlier in the film.
Lilllabettt
so I had to google life model decoy ... it sounds interesting. That would be great actually. It's too sad for the story to lose such a nice guy character, always saying "please" and "thank you" and just being decent. Better to mix up the normal with the superhero stuff. Google also turned up this:
LinaSt.Cecilia2772
I was surprised at how funny the movie was. I liked it a lot. Robert Downey Jr. is always good, Scarlett Johannsen was fricken amesome, and Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk was genius. I'm not even a comic book fan but I love all the movies. kujo
You wouldn't be complaining about losing lovable characters in a Joss Wheedon flick if you were a reader of the Song of Ice and Fire series (i.e.- Game of Thrones).
Lilllabettt
1st time I saw it, when they killed him off somebody in the theater yelled "[expletive deleted] you Joss Wheedon!" Thought they somehow meant crazy eyed stabber guy but apparently not.
BG45
Have to agree on loving the Stark/Banner dynamic!
