It wasn't kissing the Bishop's ring that bothered me, it was the strike on the face. [/quote] Excess weight can cause less reflexes and thats when things start to tear and break unless the guys like 7ft2in and 160kgs like my cousin. Most guys that are under 6ft5in and between 90-120kgs can be beat by a more compact fitter 2nd 3rd or 4th dan, but remember it is quicker to ascend to the ordinary black belt than to gain dans. I'm interested in seeing more cappoeta fighters that also do brazillian ju-jitsu as well as salsa/merenga/tango etc for fitness, and work the hell out of the core with various types of push-ups. We have 6 parishes already in Arlington. One split from ours when the Vietnamese population grew so large they merited a separate parish. The bishop just created a new parish at UNT as well.
