The best relationships are based on these shared interests and activities; the more that is shared and done together, the more intimate the relationship. Most people in these relationships couldn't tell you how it happened: just that it gradually developed until they suddenly realized they loved the other person! And the marriages with the best sex life are also the marriages with the best non-sexual intimate life of shared interests and activities. Also ... the point isn't whether a priest (or married man) is crossing some big red line of inappropriate sexual behavior: Where's his interest, attention, and heart? A pop culture comparison ... The series finale of "In Plain Sight" (USA Network): Marshall had to create some separation in his friendship / partnership with Mary for the sake of his relationship with his fiancee.
