[Autumn Dusk]

My boss may be exhibiting signs of a degenerative disease. Unfortunatly, since her boss was her late father's good friend he sweeps most of it under the rug. One in empathy for her loss and two because he still sees her as a kid to give chances to...though she's 44.

Option B is that she's lazy and uncaring...which i don't think is true. She's just an emotinal wreck lately with everything triggering her being frustrated. If its not the disease then she has been slovenly about writing and paperwork. Disaster is not an apt term...but its close.

Today I applied for a new job. Its a good oppurtunity. If God desires I would be incredibly happy to persue this path and not put my boss to shame for lack of performance but to bow out before her career, my career and my co-worker's careers are destroyed.
