Bad News

I decided to call the bank back today when I didn't hear anything in over 3 weeks. As I said in the previous prayer request, the status still showed me as "under review" so I assumed they were taking an extended amount of time to make a decision or something. I had to leave a message on the voicemail because it was before they opened. At about 11am, I received a phone call from the HR Manager telling me that they had filled the position internally (meaning that it was not going to be filled from outside but, by law, they have to post the opening). I was so angry that I felt like slamming the phone down (BUT I didn't!). It upset me that they led me on because it was filled 2 weeks ago. They didn't even have the decency to return my two phone calls last week.

Please pray for me the find the will to continue the job search. I hate hearing news like this because it slows me down and I don't need that. I really need to find a job soon. Thanks.
