Problems With My Transcript

Please pray that this gets straightened out. I just double-checked my transcript to make sure that I was all set to graduate next month because the Student Affairs office told me that I was marked as a "potential term graduate." I never received a letter in the mail confirming that status, though, which is the standard protocol for my school. It turns out that the computer still has me as only being 75% program completion instead of 100%. It has a message saying, "Student may not graduate this term because..." I just sent the SA office another message asking them to double-check and fix any errors. I don't want to have to wait another term because they messed up, which they did in December.
