Annie12
Can we please move this to the lame board? http://www.phatmass....a-investigated/ Really, it's almost physically painful to read.
I don't think that post was aimed to hurt anyone, though I can see how it could have offended you. This is a Catholic forum so most posts are going to be from a catholic point of view. I did't read the whole post (because it was soooo long) but I did see the part about ripping solo scriptora(sorry about the spelling) apart and I definitely think that could have been phrased differently. on behalf of (I hope) all the Pham, I'm sorry if it hurt you and I think we all should treat our neighbors as we would want to be treated. While I myself as a Catholic do not believe in Solo Scriptora, I defiantly think as a Catholic christ wants me to spread and convince other of the truth rather than tear apart the beliefs of others. I know what if feels like to have my beliefs torn apart and could not do anything about it. I truly think that we all need to treat each other with respect even if one person does not. Your should reference Matthew 5:39 about not resisting evil. So, I think that we should always realize that we need to do what is right always and any suffering that could come is all redemptive! And also, I take it you believe in solo scriptora, So I just wanted to let you know that the mass is completely biblical and if you would like you might find it interesting to read the Church fathers (or in other words the christian right after the apostles) because catholics practice what they did way back then, and when we talk about tradition we are just speaking of how everything we believe is passed on from generation to generation. I am truly sorry if you were hurt by that post and God bless you always!

4588686
I must say, as clumsy as his argument is and as poorly as he types, there's something deeply intriguing about this FrancisServusChristi fellow. He has some sort of profound, almost animal, magnetism. I just can't stop myself from admiring him. Hm...curiouser and curiouser...
