But in all reality, whether you love him or hate him, he is right: Washing the feet of women is in direct violation of the Catechism.

Out of pure curiosity where in the Catechism could I find this information?

Definitely not from the Catechism. The rubric comes from the GIRM and the Latin edition makes it the most clear (viri).

Parish here washes women's feet, but not my parish at home, men only there.

My only complaint about this video is that it still uses the name "Real Catholic TV" in possible violation of Canon 216 after being told by a Bishop to cease using the term Catholic. Otherwise you're being surprisingly not angry at people, nor using the video to attack specific priests and bishops. Quite different from your usual style Michael, you should try this one more often.

Looks like i may be on the money , in that i am a christian member of the holy roman catholic church, in that the holy roman catholic church is one body made holy only by the holy spirit, i can never talk for the whole under the banner of Catholic though the pope can on matters of faith and morals, i can share my own discernment of scripture and life experience in grace with the holy spirit and journey with others seeking the truth and knocking on heavens door. St paul states man reveals the will of God imperfectly,O.T. and N.T. i assume, except the holy gospels where the will of the father is revealed directly to his son jesus christ, and the pope on matters of faith and morals revealed directly to him infallibly by the holy spirit. The church is indeed Catholic but i personaly may not be untill heaven,i am a begger for scraps from the table of the holy sacrements, the holy word and sacred tradition, though i have yet to venture there(sacred tradition) except dribs and drabs from the chatechism. :) A priest is far more catholic than i will ever be in this life, possibly once i am married with another christian i will be far more catholic. For now just scraps for me (confession, the holy eucharist, the holy word and prayer.) I can not tell no one the exact will of our Lord Jesus for there life paticularily, as in there position in his body on earth. To avoid rambling i will end as i do sometimes, S.P.S. Study(the holy word),Pray,Sacrements.Never take anything i say as absolute. It probably should be S.P.S.T. the T being talk.

God bless ye all,
Onward christian souls,
JESUS iz LORD.

JC "seek and ye shall find." "knock and the door will be opened."
St Paul "these will remain Faith,Hope,Love the greatest of these being Love."

I did not know this. I never felt comfortable getting my feet washed anyways.

FYI, I used to like Voris, and he certainly makes some great points sometimes, but after a while he started driving me crazy as he rarely has anything positive to say and plus, anyone with a bieber doo looses.
