Also: Gap. (They have lots of sales and promotions. Plus: check-in on Foursquare and you'll usually see a discount.)

for the tall ladies, i can find nice tops at thrift stores, but it is really hard to find pantaloons/skirts that are actually comfortable, so i admit to loving Shukr (shukronline.com) - they're on the pricey end, but the stuff i've bought from them has really lasted, so it's been worth it.

I was thrilled when I actually found a long denim skirt at Goodwill. Got some nice knee-length skirts, too.
