I Need Prayers For The Healing Of My Shoulder... Been In Excruciating

Hey everyone. I would like to request prayer for the healing of my shoulder. You see, I have Tourettes and one of my tics is that I shrug my shoulders over and over. Well, by doing this I managed to strain a bunch of muscles in my shoulder and arm. I had been hoping it would heal on its own within a few days but each day the pain has just been that much worse. The pain is now so bad that I can't even walk around or move my arm without having excruciating pain. I am terrified that my shoulder is becoming frozen. The pain has already brought me to tears. Please pray for me. I went to Confession earlier and afterwards I received the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick for an upper respiratory infection and my shoulder. Please pray for me. I would greatly appreciate your prayers.
