"This, however, may be added for our encouragement, that to abstain for any length of time is the beginning of a habit; and we may trust, that what we have begun will continue, or tend to continue."

And that's precisely what I'm hoping for, that my abstention becomes permanent, just like praying a decade a day of the Rosary did. :)
