rhetor4christ Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 Like many others here, I'm giving up chocolate and most processed sugars (cakes, cookies, etc.) I'm also going to drink more water (I never seem to be thirsty, so this will be a challenge for me).
