It's another article, or series of articles rather, from Catholic Spiritual Direction site. From what I have read, it struck me as not only an examination of the marital conscience, but some excellent qualities to strive to incorporate into the relationship. It did highlight for me at times my own failures when I was married over 35 years ago.
