Papist
How is this different than abortion? If the unborn baby is not a person[human being], then how can he be charged for murder? havok579257
To charge someone for killing an unborn child but not charge an abortionist when he does it does not make sense. Its a baby either way. Its killing either way.
arfink
It's a step in the right direction, IMO.

rkwright
In Texas this has always been the case. We were once looking at charging a mother with child endangerment because of her drug use while pregnant - ultimately we were told that we could not charge the mother with endangerment because it was her choice/her body, but if someone else had say forced the drugs on her we could have charged them. elizabeth09
As a pro-life person, two were killed, because the baby was living at the time of the killing.

Both were killed. Could the mother also die after abortion or am I thinking about something else?
