When Is Confession Finished? Valid Confession (The Correct Post)

Is your confession valid as soon as the priest gives you absolution or after you go out of the confessional? if the priest gives you absolution and the concluding prayer and thethe penitant would say something untruthful, would the confession be invalid or is it valid after the absolution is given and this would be a new sin?

It's a valid confession. "I absolve you......" completes what is necesarry for a valid confession. Anything after that would be for the next confessions.
