Being A Good Witness

Pleasepray for me, that I may be a good witness, and for my family. I am a convert, as you know. We are currently living with my parents, who are Methodist. My mom and sister are not exactly thrilled with Catholic teaching. I struggle with being a good witness and being charitable. Earlier my mom spoke of a certain situation, and it wasn't something that's kosher in the Church, so I was trying to explain that while being charitable and not sounding like I'm condemning the person, but not saying it was ok, either.
