Food Poisoning

Since 4pm this afternoon, I've had major abdominal cramps and vomiting. I've had to run back and forth from the bathroom all evening. I'm still suffering from stomach pain and cramps. I believe that I got food poisoning from a frozen breakfast sandwich I ate this morning since that was all I ate all day. I heated it to the package directions but I believe the factory did not cook either the eggs or meat properly and it had bacteria in it.

Please pray that the stomach cramps and pain go away quickly within a day. I read online that certain foodborne illnesses can last several days.
