I may have already seen the entire second season via a friend with access to BBC. It's SUCH A GOOD SHOW.

Between Downton, Doctor Who and Sherlock I might as well expat myself to Britian. :)

Sherlock is great. Um... Just like to point out Downton Abbey isn't the BBC, although usually they do the best costume dramas, its ITV

I believe both Netflix and Amazon Prime have it available on streaming.

I know Netflix has the first season, but not the one that just started...

You can buy Season 1 on I-Tunes.
If you've watched Tudors, you'll reconginze King Henry VIII's FIRST wife in the Season 2 opener.

okay, i just got done watching season 1...and I have to ask...

PBS in America breaks the series into 4 episodes. Should there be more?? I mean, in the last episode, it just seems that parts were missing...

--We see Mary telling William that his mother is ill and he should go home for a visit...and before you know it, William is back and his mom died????

---there is talk about Lady Sybill's ball, but we never see it...no scenes whatsoever about that extravagant affair....

I'm just wondering if i'm missing episodes just because I don't live in Great Britain...

Lady Sybill's ball doesn't get shown. Neither is there much about William's mother either. It's just that, he is told to go, and the next time you see him, she has died.

There are seven episodes in series one, most are just over an hour long, except I think the first is longer. There's a lot that's talked about but never actually shown as the others have said.

Who else watches it?

Season 2 started tonight, and I'm completely hooked.

I got my best friend obsessed. My duties as best friend have been accomplished.

It is because of my sister that we watch it. I am borrowing Season 2 from my country Library. I can not wait to get it. If it at college, I will borrow it.
