SaintIrene
The Benedictine Oblate Sisters of Clear Creek now have a website! http://clearcreeksisters.org/ They are the sister community of the Clear Creek Monks: http://www.clearcreekmonks.org/ Here is another post that mentions them: http://tradvocations...nedictines.html
inperpetuity
Oh I'm glad you found this SaintIrene, I was wondering when they would have their site up. I had a wonderful visit with them in August, 2010. I absolutely loved their life, but I was having health issues then and they could not accept me. As much as I really loved their life though, I see now that is was providential that I was not able to enter there. I would encourage anyone interested in them to call them. They are very much available and always returned my phone calls within a day. And, going to the monastery for Mass with the monks, well, what can I say except incredible. The sisters' house is across the road from the entrance to the monks' monastery which is about a mile drive. Peace, joy and silence abounds. inperpetuity
I'm glad you approve Maximilianus! I love the pic of Sr. Katherine with the deer! He let me pet him when he was just a baby. He lives with the caretakers of the guest house. Edited January 4, 2012 by inperpetuity
