Maximilianus
pasteles ... nothing else. My sister decided that she didn't need to eat (which meant that I ate sloppy chinese food at like 11pm when my hypoglycemic self was about to pass out). Still love her though, but next time I'm bringing the ready made dinner.
What she had plus arroz con gandules(rice and pigeon peas) and roast pork... minus the sloppy chinese food

MissyP89
Mezzalunas -- basically a larger type of ravioli, shaped like crescent moons, hence the name. And sausage (with tiny bits of provelone and spinach), my mom's meatballs, homemade gravy (tomato sauce) and crusty Italian bread. Sooooo good. Sarah147
Prime rib!!!!!!!! Mmmmmmm! The first time I heard of such a thing for Christmas was Food Network's Pioneer Woman Christmas episode. It looked sooooo good!!!!!!! With TONS of garlic!! Mmm! I will try that some year! My current fave is pork (not ham) with stuffing in the middle; could go for salmon; for turkey, it's got to have flavor, like honey bbq or in a brine; but I think my favorite would probably become the prime rib!! What did y'all put on the primbe rib for seasoning??
Good thing we all tend to be thin and energetic. We love to eat.
Y'all must have good metabolism aka good adrenals and thyroids, I take it. Since mine has been out of wack, even with extreme calorie cutting, it's sooooo hard to move my weight down. I can keep it in a zone, but it just wouldn't go down. Since getting on cortef, thyroid, etc. it finally seems to be moving down closer to the number it wouldn't touch in like a year. I'm eager to get the dose increased so I can really start losing the pounds. And I can't exercise much as I get tired, ack. My nurse doesn't think I'm overweight; I'm in the normal range, but upper, and I rather go back to lower as that made me more happy, and I could fit into clothes in a size I liked better.
