My Mother Is Very Sick

and she's upset that it's so close to Christmas. She said she "feels pressure to make it a wonderful Christmas for everyone", but is in a lot of pain and tired all the time. She told me in a phone call just now and she sounded worse than she ever has before. So now I'm even more depressed than I already was and worried about her health. And since she took out a DNR a couple months ago, this is pretty scary. Especially since she claimed to have attempted suicide earlier this year (she says now that she didn't). She's a faithful Protestant, but left the Church long before I was born and our relationship almost ended when I converted. Things are a lot better now (especially since I want to have a large family if I get married), but this is frightening. Please pray for her and my family. No one in my direct family is Catholic and my sister rejected Christianity years ago. My health has deteriorated since I last posted on here regularly and my mental health isn't doing so well, either. I covet your prayers and those of the saints, especially Our Lady.
