StMichael
It has been just over a month since we last spoke. I miss you. I have yet to deal with your passing and as Christmas approaches I recall how festive you made it. Dozens of different cookies would still be baking in your kitchen. The tea wagon set for guests with all kinds of liquors, cookies. Everyone who came to our door would be treated to your love of Christmas and could not leave without eating. Each year the rectory would wait for me to deliver your Christmas cookies. Fig cookies, crescents, cream coagulated milk and tons of others. How I miss how you wanted to hear everything, in detail. Always time for an ear. My heart is breaking as I write this as your family misses you greatly. Dad is lost without you as are we all. Mom, please let me know you are OK. I love you always and forever. Edited December 19, 2011 by StMichael
