MissScripture
My parents gave my niece (1 1/2) a Little People Nativity for Christmas, but had my brother give it to her at the beginning of Advent so she could play with it. She LOVES it! I guess she likes to give baby Jesus kisses.

Last Christmas she was too small to move on her own, yet. Now she is into EVERYTHING.

homeschoolmom
Just no one get the rubber ducky Nativity... <cringe> And if you get him a Nativity, will you let him play with it year-round rather than packing it away?
i<3LSOP
Mum used to get us religious things and non religious.... we would get lot's of little Saint books, Veggie Tale movies, our own toddler bibles, and religious themed books. I suggest since he is so young maybe a picture book or the saints of a Veggie Tales movie that teaches a "good" lesson. Papist
A clip on Rosary beads. My 5 and 2.5 year old boys love theirs. They think its razzle dazzle to be able clip to their pan.ts. The lacing thing is razzle dazzle, and I don't know about your boy, but I don't think my boy could do it on his own. It'd probably end up tied to the rocking horse. Maybe after that when the novelty had worn off I'd pack it up and let them renew interest each Christmas season.
