And the girl who plays Joan was in the March for Women or whatever it was in Washington for a pro abort cause.

that's what falls under the 'other protest-y stuff' category. i can still watch the show, i just won't buy the products that are advertised during that time. i'm so sick, i want to protest everything. sometimes i want to write down all the companies that advertise during the shows/on the stations that i disagree with and then write letters to all those companies explaining that because of their affiliation with that show/person/station i will be boycotting their products. i esp. want to do this about karyn manheim (?) of the practice b/c she called the catholic church this anti-woman conspiracy and other bad things. ohhh.... i want to pull her hair! but i'm too lazy to actually do this.... one day... :)

hahaha "i want to pull her hair!" hahahahahahahaha but yeah i mentioned her 'questionable cause' when i said i liked the show. the shows writer is catholic isnt she? anyways its not like im watching the 'amber tamblyn show'. someone should write her a letter explaining what abortion is and ask her why she supports it. maybe i will. in any event the show is good and most of the teachings are good... if not from a religious standpoint certainly from a general moral standpoint
My mom and I have a thing for "dead people shows"...

CSI, CSI: Miami, Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU, Law & Order: CI, Cold Case, Without a Trace, etc, etc....

:dead:
Hahaha. Shows on forensics are really popular nowadays. I find them really interesting. A friend of mine told me that Scott Hahn and his family love CSI, too. LOL.

God bless,

Jennifer

Two of my good friends love Alias. Well, I'm not sure if they do anymore. One of my friends loved it primarily because she has a crush on Bradley Cooper, who played Will Tippin on the show. LOL.

God bless,

Jennifer

I looove ER. I also like CSI (the original one, the Miami one stinks IMO) and Law & Order (again, the original and best one).

I used to like ER... I could even handle all of the outside the ER drama carp... but when they dropped a chopper on Romano, it jumped the shark... I can't watch it anymore... it's not about a hospital...

The original L/O is good. I like that in reruns. The SVU is creepy, disturbing and weird.

I enjoy ER, too, as I love medical shows. One thing that does annoy me about ER, though, is its liberal bias. I get so annoyed when they try to push the abortion, gay lifestyle, and euthanasia agendas.

When I saw the helicopter dropped on Dr. Romano, I was like, "Wow, they must be running low on story lines. Or maybe the guy who plays Romano wants to leave the show so that he can spend more time with his family. Or maybe he wants to leave the show to further his career." LOL. It really did seem a bit too far-fetched to me.

My favorite shows were the ones around, during, and after the time when Dr. Carter and Dr. Lucy Knight got stabbed. I also think Dr. Mark Green's illness and death were the best episodes as well. I cried when Dr. Green died.

God bless,

Jennifer

Yeah, it was like the evil chopper comes and lops off his arm... and then it comes back for more... Like it was stalking him the whole time... I couldn't believe it... I thought it would have been way more interesting if he'd committed suicide... no one loved him, all he had was his career... and now he didn't have that... (Let that be a lesson to all you career driven people out there, etc ... ) Not that I advocate suicide, btw, but then maybe more people would have shown up for his memorial service. I, too, though Mark's funeral was sad... Romano's was, too, but for completely opposite reasons...
