Like me, for instance I agreed for others to lie in their taxes and I got money from it, but since no one got hurt or anything am i bound to make restitution? I think that is what paragraph 3 says in this link. I am not too sure. In this case, since you cannot, I would give money to the poor via something like a soup kitchen, battered women's shelter, your parish, etc. (There is no need to report yourself to the IRS.)
