So What Should I Do?

So I mentioned before that typed a file and I also counted the numbers of movies I downloaded illegally, approximately and music and stuff. BUT, I don't know if I should throw it away and just go to confession or keep it and say how many times i downloaded these things but however, I know that I am going to get more worried and scrupulous if I start counting again the movies I listed because my other file got deleted, the one which I had corrected, and also the softwares i downloaded illegally were not so much but then again i encouraged it a lot and so I would have to give detail in confession about these times and so am I forgiven if I just say I violated and encouraged copyright violation by downloading, renting, buying and watching or hearing online media illegally numerous times to count? Because I am worried if i dont give detail or say a number I will not be forgiven but then again, scrupupulosity will probably get worse but the again i think that since I already did all that I should start counting again and maybe typing again or else God wont forgive me. Should I throw all my notes away and delete all the files so I can be at peace? Also, i found this article that said when we don't have to mention some things in confession, but am I excused of it? Or my biggest fear is that if I rejoice in the fact that i am excused by not saying some things in confession, since it makes everything easier because of my scrupulosity, even though, if i knew the number exact of every mortal sin I would defenitely say it with no doubt, but I HATE this scrupulosity. Here's the article:

1) Do not list your sins. This is an example of an impulse that needs to be actively resisted. The listing of sins is not helpful and only makes the condition of scrupulosity more pronounced. It is counterproductive.

2)For every minute that you spend thinking about your sins, choose to spend an additional minute reflecting on the abundant mercy of God and how God’s mercy is offered to you. Perfection is not a condition of God’s mercy, it is rather another manifestation of scrupulosity.

3)Practice trusting your inner wisdom. It may well be the most difficult thing that you do on any particular day but it is necessary to confront your fear and anxiety. You are a wise person, and you are capable of making good decisions.
