"Christian Prayer and Meditation"

I found this text, approved by JPII, written by Cardinal Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI) then Cardinal Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of The Faith written in plain language and very easy to understand, and difficult to misinterpret. Rather often, the mystics especially for one can be misinterpreted and misunderstood.

The text not only addresses 'centering prayer' - but the whole subject of prayer in general.
