BG45
That's terrible.
I hear it all the time unfortunately. Along with a lot of overused phrases the philter (and mods) wouldn't be happy with. I have a mmulti-page word document I'm doing my own little Qualitative analysis of from things I hear outside my office door.
she_who_is_not
I wonder if young people have lost a sense of appreciation for the power of words. I was shocked when I started grad school at a large university. I went to a small, conservative college in the South and we said inappropriate things on occasion, but generally everyone one was kind and polite to one another. I was also almost hit by cars going through pedestrian crosswalks on several occasions. The whole town is really very nasty. Bad service, rude people, inappropriate public behavior. I'm only 30 and I feel like an old fogey around here.
cmotherofpirl
In my neighborhood the 2nd most popular phrase is " do you feel me"?. NO I AM NOT FEELING ANYBODY!!! And further more if you try to feel me I will knock you silly...
BG45
The f-bomb is the most frequently used adjective on this campus by a large margin.
