MarysLittleFlower
Hello, I was wondering, is it okay to ask a priest to give you Communion outside of the Mass? (one time only, not regularly). Or should there be a sufficient reason for this? If so, what could the reason be? For example.. if a person is going to Confession on Friday after Mass... and they want to receive Communion because it's First Friday, and there's not another Mass they could attend after the Confession.. can they ask the priest if they can receive Communion? thank you Edited November 1, 2011 by MarysLittleFlower
Theoketos
Under certain circumstances communion outside of Mass is acceptable.
