Byzantine
Is there a difference in gravity in committing a certain sin against just any bishop and committing the same sin against your own bishop?
Basilisa Marie
Hmm, I think most of the time probably not. I think the only way it would is if it's because he's your bishop, and thus has more authority over you than any other bishop, and the sin would probably have to do with flouting his authority as your bishop. But I'm just speculating here.
Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
unsure what is meant by this, are you talking as a concecrated man or women or layity and what are the specifics(well not the actual sin but possibly a hypothetical to elaborate understanding) of the sin or misunderstanding? But in that there are various levels/gravity of sins, some greater some lesser but all sins and grave. As in one should not sit on the laurels and say well at least i'm not a murderer, i think that came up in the readings within the last few weeks. Maybe i have no idea and way off the discussion topic, ignore my post if that is so. God bless you all Onward christian souls JC "seek and ye shall find, knock and the door will be opened."
