When he was in Toronto for his "concert" everyone was saying he had bipolar, so he gave the event money to OBAD which is a manic depression group, and they paid for a big conference with the money. They threw money at us to come and give a speech. A lot of very strange, or very silly, or very stupid, people are doing that a lot lately.
