Can I Take The Eucharist?

Since my last confession I have cursed maybe twice or not a t all but I have ttaken God's name in vain like öh my God and stuff like that not God you know what. But I did it out of habit I guess, Im trying to break it. Am I in mortal sin? I didnt mean too and I didnt know it was that serious saying oh my ... Also, if I watch any tv shows with curses am i putting myself in occasion of sin? It doesnt make me curse hearing other people do it i guess. i dont know if I am in mortal sin.

A mortal sin has three aspects:

1. Grave matter
2. Knowledge
3. Deliberate or free choice.

If you have a doubt about a sin having one of these three aspects, it is probably not a mortal sin.

Finally stop watching TV it rots your brain (though probably is not a sin).
