Can I Take The Eucharist?

Since my last confession I have cursed maybe twice or not a t all but I have ttaken God's name in vain like öh my God and stuff like that not God you know what. But I did it out of habit I guess, Im trying to break it. Am I in mortal sin? I didnt mean too and I didnt know it was that serious saying oh my ... Also, if I watch any tv shows with curses am i putting myself in occasion of sin? It doesnt make me curse hearing other people do it i guess. i dont know if I am in mortal sin.

The axiom I have often heard is, "if there is doubt about whether it is a mortal sin, it is probably not a mortal sin."

Neither I nor anyone else, can determine whether you are in the state of grace. But based on you have written, I think it would be good for you to receive communion.

Also you need read about scrupulosity. It seems you suffer from it. Such things hinder spiritual growth.
