Short Skirts

Pax domine bretheren and others,
Short skirts are fine if your include appropriate stocking or leg in, some leg ins goto the ankles and than there are sports leg ins that only goto the knees, i assume with the increase in sprots technology you can even get a pair that keeps you cooler in summer. Also on cleavage i don't know but on boob tubes i don't like to show stomach because it is too close to the genitals. And for men short shorts are a big no no you must where short longs/knee length, though singlets are exceptable but holier with a T under the singlet unless you at the pool or a beach.

oh also as far as i'm aware sisters in christ there are a new range of designer stockings that have patterns on them that are similar to tatoos, very trendy i believe.

i would like to see some with flowers like wisteria on the stockings and such.
fish net is acceptable as well though less holy but not un-holy as long as the nets are small and not large. If such fish net stocking are available.

read the torah or it iz somewhere in the o.t. anyhoo, it says don't get tatoos like the pagans, though st paul states it iz holier for women to have long hair and men to have short(above the shoulders) but not unholy i assume,so possibly same with tatts, 66 to have them where people can see them, 6 holier where people can't see them and holy none at all. Though one whom has mistakinly gotten tatoos without knowing the truth can be saved and not held accountable for the misdeanour,or sin or whatever it iz.

The Torah???? I should start taking dress advice from the Torah?? I don't think so - sorry Tabla.

As for St Paul, I would much prefer to see people following Paul's advice on things like not being jealous and speaking kindly etc before I worry about whether women should cover their hair or grow it long etc. Sometimes people 'swallow the camel and strain at a gnat' in my opinion.

You are certainly entitled to your own view of the biblical dress code, but times change and as long as people dress modestly and appropriately for the situation, I don't think we need to slavishly follow Old Testament (or even New Testament) dress codes. I'd rather focus on 'cleaning the inside of the bowl'.
